Problem

Having printlns hidden by default is too confusing for developers and is not what is wanted most of the time.

Happy Case

--show-output should be enabled by default except in the case of nargo test in which output should only be shown for failing tests by default.

closing as the remaining "except in the case of nargo test in which output should only be shown for failing tests by default" part should be related to #2013
