Fixes:

• Top of Form Fields now fill when loading existing data.
• Form "READ" button content updated to match actual usage and features on the form.
• Versioning system is now semantically consistent and is stored in new message, save file, and local storage.
• Consolidated CSS styling so it is easier to read and debug.

Enhancements:

• Last bib entry always at top of "Entries" text area.
• Low-vision/color blind sensitive color scheme and contrasts implemented.
• Accessibility includes "tab highlight" around currently selected input.
• Implemented HTML layout hierarchy to support screen readers.
• Form supports desktop, tablet, and phone-sized viewports including rotated screen.
• Maintained support for Windows 7-era and circa 2010 Linux/Apple browsers.

Note: The tablet/phone and multi-browser support, along with the fixed Save Data/Load Data functionality, enables a non-ham user to enter bib data, then save and copy/share data with a Windows computer running Winlink Express where data can be imported for creating a new message.
