All Noto Arabic fonts have ASCII numerals codepoints in the font except NotoKufiArabic. I would recommend having ASCII numerals in NotoKufiArabic since arabic speakers/writers use ASCII numerals to avoid some RTL related issues in Arabic native numerals. In addition, we need to maintain the consistency among all Noto Arabic fonts to give users the flexibility to switch between fonts without any issues. I have previously filed a bug against all missing codepoints in NotoKufiArabic #16 but this bug explicitly to include ASCII numerals in the NotoKufiArabic
