Just in case you're interested in expanding this font for subsequently released NTT Docomo (i-mode) emojis, I put them in a repo as original Adobe AI, SVG and PNG files. A Unicode mapping table is also available.
On the other hand, these are vector-based and are not optimized for a certain pixel grid, thus don't feel as authentic as your recreation.
I only included the original Japanese license, because I asked them for something more international or machine-readable, but got no reply. Google Translate tells me that conversion to different formats (supposedly including fonts) is legal, so perhaps something similar to CC BY-ND applies.
