Hello,

I am attempting to reproduce some of the rRNA data from the nanoRMS paper, specifically Figure 3.

In the GitHub README in this repo, there is a link pointing to how to process the data (https://github.com/novoalab/yeast_RNA_Mod/tree/master/Analysis/Epinano), however it leads to nowhere.

Could you please point me to this analysis?
