Features this website should have:

  1. Query/sort/search on subjects and their characteristics, including publicly available phenotypic data (age, sex), as well as quality control scores.
  2. Ability to view the tract profiles based on selections (a la AFQ-Browser, but maybe with less features, so it scales more reasonably).
  3. Ability to directly view the HTML rendering of each subject's tracts (e.g., https://fcp-indi.s3.amazonaws.com/data/Projects/HBN/BIDS_curated/derivatives/afq/sub-NDARAB348EWR/ses-HBNsiteCBIC/sub-NDARAB348EWR_ses-HBNsiteCBIC_acq-64dir_space-T1w_desc-preproc_dwi_space-RASMM_model-CSD_desc-prob-afq_viz.html). That last one should be trivial.

I don't quite understand this issue as this repo is the DataLad repo for the AFQ derivatives dataset. Do you mean the website at https://fcp-indi.s3.amazonaws.com/index.html#data/Projects/HBN/BIDS_curated/?

I was thinking of a website at nrdg.github.io/HBN-POD2-derivatives-afq, but you're right that it might (very) reasonably be a different repository and different website. But that doesn't have an issues page yet :-)

I think that the https://fcp-indi.s3.amazonaws.com website should stay as it is.
