Kick Off interne, démarrage opérationnel du programme le 14/04, à l’Inria Paris :

Mise en place de la gouvernance,
Première actions du steering com,
Au moins un représentant des pilotes des PCs présent.
A partir de cette date là, les réunions du jeudi deviennent les réunions du steering committee.
