This will allow it to run tests targeting all prior versions of .NET Core.

This issue has been resolved in version 3.15.0-beta1

The release is available on:
GitHub.
NuGet packages are also available NuGet.org and
Chocolatey Packages may be found at Chocolatey.org

I tried it with the dotnet tool restore command. It worked with a .net6 project. Thanks!
