This Engine build has been replaced by .NET 8.0 and can be eliminated.

There is also a .NET Standard 2.0 build of nunit.engine.core, which I believe can now be safely removed.

Tasks:

Remove .NET Standard 2.0 build of the engine and test.
Remove .NET Standard 2.0 build of engine.core and test.

This issue has been resolved in version 3.19.0

The release is available on:
GitHub.
NuGet packages are also available NuGet.org and
Chocolatey Packages may be found at Chocolatey.org
