FontAwesome icon on menu

Hi,

I want to add a FontAwesome icon on the main menu.

I've tried to use the shortcut, but is not working, is not returning an error, but doesn't show the icon.

  name = "Fantasy"
  pre = '{{< icon "football" >}}'
  pageRef = "fantasy-fooball"
  identifier = "G1j2EA6a55"
  weight = 10

Furthermore, I've also already tried to use the HTML from FontAwesome, and also is not returning any error, but the icon is not showing.

Can you point me on how to use a FontAwesome icon on the main menu?

Thanks for the prompt response, I already read it.

It seems like the menu uses a different approach as, on the link that you sent me:

The pre parameter allows you to place an icon from Blowfish’s icon set on the menu entry. This parameter can be used with name parameter or by itself. If you want to use multiple menu entries with just icons please set the identifierparameter otherwise Hugo will default to the naming tag as the id and probably not display all the menu entries.

That refers me to this link in which mentioned that Fontawesome is supported using the partial or the shortcut:

Blowfish has built-in support for a number of FontAwesome 6 icons. These can be included in your website through either the icon partial or icon shortcode.

But I wasn't able to make it work the shortcut or the HTML code on the menu.

Any help is welcome
