If the main reason of statically generating is caching, we might cache some meta in either of (prebuilt) manifest or ssr context for dynamic hints. Any reason this would still benefit to be static prop? |

This renders base resource headers synchronously to the renderer instance, for use before the vue app is rendered.
I've added it via an object
base.resourceHeadersas we may have use for to prerendering styles/scripts etc. in future.
