Raise exception if path doesn't exist #565

If path is passed it, but it doesn't exist, should raise an error -- that's an obvious problem to fix. https://github.com/nuxt-modules/apollo/blob/v5/src/module.ts#L64

Otherwise, it just throws a generic " Unable to resolve Apollo config for client." That's hard to debug.
