suggestion for nvda dictionary

"Hello everyone,
In NVDA, it is possible to replace a word or a phrase with something else. The problem is that this change applies globally to all applications. We have to use an add-on called "applicationDictionary" to make changes only for a single application. I suggest integrating this feature into NVDA.
Additionally, it would be good to add another feature. With JAWS, it is possible to use the dictionary to play a sound.
For example, if the word "test" is detected, we can also add a sound in .wav or .ogg format that will be played.
This is very useful for applications that talk too much.
