In windows cmd, git command or espeak command and many more consoles; if the exit or quit command is typed; the close is normal and no issue.
But if the same action is done by a press of the mouse on the 'close' button situated at the top-right corner; the console closes normally but nvda always crashes. However, pressing the minimize or maximize button has no issues.
Though a screen reader may not use mouse and prefers the closing action by typing 'exit'; In some command windows the closing command word 'exit' may not work like the espeak command line does; closing by mouse
often happens.

Duplicate of #1682. Note that it is also possible to close a command console by pressing alt+space (to bring up the System menu) then selecting Close (or pressing c). In this case, NVDA will not exit unexpectedly.
