I find that 'filesystem.window.follow_current_file' is most responsive when 'frequency_in_ms' is set to 0, or when 'follow_internal' is called without the 'utils.debounce' wrapper at all.

Just noticed that the code below uses a hard code to control the debounce frequency, is it possible to expose a configuration to modify this behavior?
