Make refile heading finder case insensitive

When I'm refiling a headline I always forget that the first letter of my headings is in uppercase, it would be useful if you could start typing the headline title in lowercase and that the completer is able to get the correct headline.

Additional context

If this is not trivial I'm fine with closing this as the telescope plugin already covers this case
