Home button kills Audinaut

With persistent notification enabled
I'm finding that the home button kills Audinaut when no music is playing, when you've selected a playlist to be played.
Selecting an artist /album /song in the library doesn't have the same effect.
Hitting back to get out of the app or switching to a recent app works as normal, without killing.

I primarily use playlists to listen and every other app I can think of isn't killed when hitting home.
