Add json support to GitHub Action

The github-dependents-info GitHub Action does not appear to support JSON or CSV outputs, so it would be great if this support could be added.

🔈 Motivation

I am attempting to use the github-dependents-info GitHub Action to automatically generate dependents info for a couple of GitHub repos on a weekly basis. I am planning to feed this data into a Power BI dashboard, which would be much easier if the output data was in CSV or JSON format.

When I output to a markdown file, the GitHub Action works fine.
