Docker stalling on load, complaining of CPU starving but its not.

Hello,

After scrolling through a lot of video files after PlexTokenDeleteSync, I get the following error:

However, you can see that it isn't maxing CPU or RAM in docker stats:

It appears to just hang and every 60 seconds output the same WARNING response.

Any help would be appreciated.
