Story

As a SPM, I want to be able to search for a technical document

Context

The SPM must be able to search for a technical document. To do this, the platform must indicate the field on which the search will be carried out and thus SPM can enter the wanted value for this field.

Description

• Use case: Search for a technical document

• Actors: SPM

• Background: As an SPM, I want to search for a technical document

• Precondition: The user is already logged into his account

• Postcondition: User accesses the desired technical document

• Scenario: 

  • Step 1: The application displays the homepage where the features are listed
  • Step 2: User clicks on search bar
  • Step 3: The system displays the different search criteria and parameters (project, SPM, document name, etc.)
  • Step 4: User enters document name
  • Step 5: The system displays the corresponding document
  • Step 6: The user can then view the document options

  • User can enter first letters of document name
  • The system proposes a documents list based on the first letters entered
