Story

As an SPM I want to be able to display list of technical documents.

Description

• Use Case: View Contracting Reports

• Actors: SPM

• Background: As an SPM, I would like to see a contracting report

• Precondition: The user is already logged into his account on the platform beforehand

• Postcondition: The user accesses the selected report.

• Scenario:

  • Step 1: The application displays the different services
  • Step 2: User clicks on a “Reports” tab
  • Step 3: The system displays the set of reports available and accessible by the account owners
  • Step 4: User selects the desired report then right click
  • Step 5: The system displays the list of options for the report
  • Step 6: User clicks open
  • Step 7: The system displays the selected report
