Context

SPM must produce documents with specific deadlines.

Description

• Use Case: Proceeding delay

• Actors: SPM

• Background: As an SPM, I would like to receive notification when the deadline for submitting a document or contracting step is imminent or past

• Precondition: The user is already logged into his account on the platform beforehand

• Postcondition: The user has received notification

• Scenario:

  • Step 1: The application displays the different services
  • Step 2: The user receives an audible signal, an alert pop-up message indicating an imminent delay or a delay exceeded
  • Step 3: User clicks on more detail to have more information on the document to be delivered or the procedure overdue

• Exceptions:

  • The user clicks on the “Cancel” button
    • The software cancels the report creation and returns to step 1

• Constraint:

  • The user clicks on the “See Later” button
    • The software takes the user back to the previous validated step
