Story

As an administrator, I want to be able to create a contact

Description

To add a new contact list, the poll operator will have to enter all the necessary information (name, type) ,...).
Once the list has been created, the poll operator can add contacts to it.

Example:

A creation form with all the fields required to register a new contact list will therefore be displayed

• The platform must give the possibility to the administrator to cancel his action by a "cancel" button
