As an poll operator, I want to be able to recover one or more contacts from the trash.

Description

The poll operator must be able to recover a deleted contact or contact lists so that it can appear again in the lists of contacts.

Notice

The platform must indicate to the poll operator the maximum time for retrieving a contact or contact lists from the trash.
