Below is a list of Stakeholders you may need to interact with while running an O3DE release. The specific SIG you will interact with for each GHI issue is listed in the issue, but here is a summary:
Joe Bryant (@Ulrick28) - The Linux Foundation (LF) Executive Director for the Open 3D Foundation / O3DE and responsible for just about everything else in the release
Docs (@RoddieKieley & @ShaunaGordon) Responsible for release notes and any community requirements associated with the release (e.g. tutorials, demos, etc.).
Build SIG (@amzn-changml) - Responsible for installers, and CMake updates.
Naomi Washington (@Naomi-Wash) - The Linux Foundation (LF) PM that can connect you, as needed, with representatives from the LF
[Mae/Shivani] [LF] - Responsible for any marketing requirements associated with the release. (e.g. blogs, social media posts, coordinating press release, etc.).
There are many options for interacting with these stakeholders, including: (1) assigning issues to them in the O3DE or SIG repos, (2) communicating via. Discord, and (3) attending the recurring SIG meetings to discuss agenda topics. The method you use will vary by SIG. To help you, the contact information for each SIG is included in each release task in this project.

They are close to finished. We are revamping the initial paragraph to be a lot more exciting and adding a section on the Atom(renderer) related improvements. I also need to add the list of contributors for the release, which is primarily just a dump from GitHub. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1kTgzNHLGiA0D99oSxXC79Svwx6DFBBk4OaDBZ0MG6A4/edit
