Reorganize integrations directory from dev to top level and cleanups #90

Move the integrations from dev to the project root folder.
And make necessary cleanups to the contents:

  1. Right names – folder names and file names.
  2. No contents/files which are no longer used or useful.
  3. Make sure no broken links
