Provide patched documents of CSAF v2.0 including ERRATA 01 to fix docs.oasis-open.org

When publishing the ERRATA 01 only the delta document - with mostly cryptic content and beating around the bush of a single letter fix in a secondary JSON Schema artifact overrode the OS version artifacts instead of a fixed version overriding the artifacts.

The goal of this ticket is to produce minimally patched html, markdown, pdf, and json artifacts to the TC.
The TC may than call for a ballot to approve this OS+fixes package and submit to OASIS administration to fix the accessibility issue at docs.oasis-open.org for providing the latest fixed CSAF v2.0 version.
