Deprecating configure-style in opam files #4518

The "configure-style" field is parsed but ignored:

opam/src/format/opamFile.ml

Line 2780 in 4d9db69

"configure-style", (Pp.ppacc_ignore, Pp.ppacc_ignore);

Since it's been deprecated and ignored for a long time it looks like it should be removed in 2.1 or 2.2.
