有时候OB的执行计划选的不一定是最优的，希望能够有渠道了解选择的过程。排查是什么原因造成的

类似oracle的10053功能，展示出每个算子的选择过程

obdiag收集sql信息，支持追踪执行计划生成过程，ENABLE_OPT_TRACE特性，可参考：
