Adding languages to the Docker image

Nobody normal without advanced knowledge would do it having limited time to just make an OCR in one PDF file. Maybe hawing 10000 documents will compensate time cost of Docker course. It needs understanding docker, not just copy-pasting to Linux terminal:

FROM jbarlow83/ocrmypdf
(command not found)

Example: add Italian

RUN apt install tesseract-ocr-ita

I don't understand people who are not against adding a whole operating system to program, but are hesitant to add more languages.

Rather than Docker, Homebrew is probably the easiest installation option for Linux and macOS.

Windows is tricky no matter is done because of third party dependencies that deliberately block automation of their installations.
