I've switched octoDNS core to more closing following Semantic Versioning and figure sooner or later the providers should do so as well. Mostly that just means most releases are point and not patch. If you all bump to 2.0 it'd probably make sense to do a major bump on the provider version. Could do either 1.x or 2.x. I'd probably lean towards 1.x as I don't see any major upsides to trying to keep the versions in line, but would be ok with either. |

Also a question for you. We are going to public v2 version of our API soon and v1 will be supported for a while, what is expected way to update our plugin when just do changes and bump major version(from 0 -> 1)?
