👨‍🍳 testit

Extended testing toolset, taste it.

💡 Idea

$ testit go compile ./...
# -> go test -run ^Fake$$ ./... | { grep -v 'no test files' | grep -v 'no tests to run' || true }
$ testit go --abspath --colored --stacked [testflag]
# -> gotest [testflag] |& panicparse | sed // with color preserve and relative → absolute replacement
