Auto play on open option

I like to have the player start playing when I open a sequence. ( it could be an option play on open)

This will help me quickly check footage, I know its little trouble to press play myself but it would be a nice quality of life enhancement if it could have an auto play option.

This is something we will probably add in the future when we have a user preferences panel

It could also be activated by a keyboard key?
for example pressing Shift + A
And for looping playback Shift + L

This way I can have acces to those functions without needing a preference panel.
