Enhancements in Resource Details Comment Section

1. Comments are currently rendered without newlines, even though the backend provides this information.
   All consecutive \n should be considered as one.

2. The most recently added comments are currently rendered at the bottom, which is not the expected behavior

3. created_date property can be used to label when the comment was created

4. Duplication of first_name and last_name in Avatar
