I am testing if manual interaction resolves the install failure now by ssh to each node change permissions to 0644 and then also setting hostname manually, so far it looks like it is working. |

The file once the pivot of the rpmostree occurs on initial boot on a baremetal IPI causes the file of /etc/resolv.conf after the prepender dispatch script appears to convert the permissions to 0600 root which then causes the DNS resolution to get the hostname from the IP to fail and in turn causes the installation failure.
