Change default LB for internal cluster communication

We are running okd cluster 4.15 is it possible to change the default load balancing algorithm(round-robin) for pod-to-pod internal communication only for particular namespace?
I don't want to change it for entire cluster. Only for 2 namespace want to change it to Source IP Hash algorithm. This can be achieved via Service Mesh, but want to check if it is possible without external ingress.
