When the translation in a certain language is not complete, we need to let people know the status. I think, we can add a box providing such information in the main indexes of the guide, the glossary, etc. or in each page. Sub-domain name support may also be considered.

This is a good idea - though maybe we just want an issue (it can be quite difficult to track in an automated way). Note we used to use transifex quite effectively for sourcing translation and that does quite a good job of showing status:
However, in order to integrate Transifex with GitHub, I guess we need to set up and run a Sinatra server. In addition to this, as GitHub does not support any of Jekyll plugins for internationalisation and Transifex cannot handle Markdown files properly, we should treat each file as just a plain text or HTML, having some chances things could go wrong.
