Time delay in getting responses

Describe the bug?

For all the calls like primary authn, any 2FA factor verify calls and send request calls are taking 3-8secs to return the response.

When compared to classic okta authn dotnet sdk, experiencing huge delays in all the calls to get responses with this

What is expected to happen?

Expecting to get responses bit quick.

What is the actual behavior?

Experiencing 3 - 8 secs delay in getting responses which are expected to get in 1-2 secs

Reproduction Steps?

1. Consume any of the oie sdk methods like AuthenticateAsync, VerifyAuthenticationAsync, VerifyAuthenticatorAsync, VerifyAuthenticatorAsync to expereince delay in getting responses.
