Okta FastPass button is not visible

Describe the bug

Okta FastPass button should be visible in the sign in widget when user wants to log in.

Reproduction Steps

I'm using the example custom-login app provided by samples-js-react project. On Okta side the Okta FastPass button is enabled and when logging in via the Okta hosted login form the button is visible. When I'm running the custom-login app and connect to my Okta instance then the button is not visible.
