Show date of publication for browser selection menu

When surfing an old web page I'd like to know which browsers were common at that time. How about adding basic information (date of publication) as tooltip when selecting a browser and/or showing the information after selection below the browser name?

Thanks, yeah we were thinking of adding this also.. The release date is is probably easy to find, but end date a bit more tricky.. I suppose first step might be to add when a browser was released after the 'About this Browser'.

Can also recommend browsers that were within perhaps 2-3 years of the pages archived date. However, may also want to look at the last-modified date to make that determination, as could be an old page that was recently archived..
