What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Unzipped files into directory DIR
2. Ran oSpy.exe
3. oSpy briefy appears in the process list then disappears.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected a dialog.  Nothing appears on the screen.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
XP Pro

Please provide any additional information below.
