LTC pool not start due getblocktemplate error

It works with Litecoin 0.18.1 but not with Litecoin 0.21+ due MWEB implementation

Confirmed that adding "blockTemplateRpcExtraParams": ["mweb"], to the litecoin coins.json section DOES NOT fix the issue.

I tried to add mweb to GetBlockTemplateParams this way btclinux@c38f218, pool is up but reject blocks in testnet
