After upgrade nginx will not start

I have run upgrade twice with the same situation. After running an upgrage with a regular

barracuda up-lts

it completes and everything seems fine on the terminal, but nginx will not start. When trying to start using service nginx start, it just responds

Starting Nginx Server...:Killed

Any ideas on what I might need to do to get it to succeed or restart after finishing upgrade?

Hello. Thank you for the response. I'm not sure if you are asking for boa info pre-upgrade when it's running fine, or post-upgrade when it is having a problem.

Since I used a snapshot to put the server back in running order, this gist snippet is current and is pre-upgrade.

If you would like that info after the upgrade and when it's having a problem, I will run an upgrade in the evening and provide that output.

We can’t help in diagnosing the problem with information taken from working environment. Please always include required boa info when submitting bug report. Now the next step should be upgrade to BOA-5.5.0 just released.

Hi there. So, I ran the update this evening. Everything seemed to run fantastic, but yet again, nginx is not running.

And, when trying to start nginx, it just ends up saying:
Starting Nginx Server...:Killed

I will go bring back the server with the snapshot and hopefully you might be able to provide some guidance on what I should do to get this to run successfully.

I don't see any issues here apart from several important services reported as down for unknown reasons:

  _XSE nginx is not running (PID file not found).
  _XSE solr7 is not running (PID file not found).
  _XSE jetty9 is not running (PID file not found).
  _XSE pure-ftpd is not running (PID file not found).
  _XSE unbound is not running (PID file not found).

We can't reproduce the problem either, so I would recommend that you investigate nginx error logs for more information.
