Added installer:
Using the installer is required for windows notifications to work (windows requires a start menu shortcut with appropriate information in order to allow notifications)
To use the installer, you have 2 options:

Install over your current directory
Install to a new directory and copy over your settings.json file and your saves folder from your old install

The zip file version of this is included in this release but will stop being distributed in a future release in favor of the installer due to ease of use and updating.

Added a bunch of file checking surrounding restoration of saves to prevent replacing a save incorrectly.

Checks to ensure the backup exists and has data
Creates a backup of the current save file within the same directory
Ensure that backup was created successfully and has data
Finally restores the backup.
