Main changes

  • ci: add semantic-pull-request gh action
  • ci: add release-and-publish gh action
  • ci: remove npm-publish obsolete gh action
  • ci: improve run-tests gh action
  • fix: change package namespace
  • chore: remove contributors from package.json as we already have allcontributors
  • chore: remove issue and pr templates to use global ones
  • chore: add config file for npm-check-updates
  • chore: update dependencies
