Implement Pricing Strategy

Implement an inflationary Token to ETH pricing mechanism to motivate early participation.

Probably the pricing strategy contracts have nothing to do with the token contract, allowing us to change strategies at runtime. Technically, this will require us to compile and deploy all pricing strategies and allow the contract address to be used while making transactions.
