Slim connector for Zendesk

This pull request includes several changes to integrate and test a new slim document retrieval feature for the Zendesk connector. The most important changes include adding new environment variables, updating the Zendesk connector to implement the SlimConnector interface, and adding tests for the new functionality.

How Has This Been Tested?

Executed the connector file from the terminal and verified the output.
Ran the test class to validate functionality.
