Fixes #2911

Description

I modified the paragraph in the Create a new branch section, highlighted in the issue #2911, as it confused me for a few hours while I was working through the tutorial.

In the **Create a new branch** section, I suggest we emphasize that we make changes on our local machine instead of our Github web page. This confused me for quite a few hours while I was working through the tutorial.
