Describe the bug

❯ npm i -g pizza

❯ pizza version
Version: dev
Sha: HEAD
Built at: dev

Looks like the build variables are missing for the NPM package for some reason.

Steps to reproduce

  1. install pizza CLI via npm or use npx
  2. run pizza version command
