Hi! I am currently working on #3445 and I've seen that there are several issues surrounding failed CircleCI builds. I read in #3432 that we are migrating the CircleCI workflow to GitHub Actions, so I was wondering why the CircleCI build is still running when GitHub actions is running elsewhere.
